At Crafty Creations, we want you to be happy with your purchase. As our plaster casts are handmade, each item is unique and may have small imperfections, variations or slight differences in colour and shape.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose your items carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at craftycreationswa@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the damaged or faulty item and packaging

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit or refund.

Handmade imperfections

Our products are handmade plaster casts, so small imperfections such as tiny bubbles, slight marks, uneven edges or minor variations may occur. These are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.

Incorrect items

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
